William F. Rinaldi played a key leadership role in the growth and strategic direction of Tunnel Hill Partners, one of the nation’s leading waste-by-rail and solid waste logistics companies. He initially joined the organization following the 2013 merger of his company, Hazleton Creek Properties, where he served as Director of Strategic Planning & Development—helping to drive business development, cultivate key relationships, and expand innovative infrastructure solutions in the waste and environmental services sector.
In 2016, Rinaldi was named President of Tunnel Hill Partners, where he led the company’s continued expansion and operational strategy. During his tenure, he was instrumental in advancing large-scale waste transfer and rail-based logistics operations, contributing to the company’s rise as the largest integrated waste-by-rail platform in the United States. His leadership reflected a broader focus on infrastructure development and economic impact, aligning business growth with community and environmental improvement initiatives.
